Downstairs is my absolute favourite, with the guys there just being so lovely to my little ones and I. This is the place I go when I need stress relief and when life becomes too much to deal with. The friendly faces are enough to make anyone smile. My home away from home always. Thank you Vinnies ❤️
- A Google User Added November 21, 2019★ ★ ★ ★ ★Super friendly, efficient staff, both when shopping and when making donations donations - picking up in my home and dropping off at the store. All op shops are a bit more business like these days, but you can see that charity still underpins these guys. Lots of reasonable prices, staff who always take the time to chat with people who might need that, and taking the time to make a workplace that includes workers with disabilities. I always come away with a good find or two, but it’s also a lovely place to have a browse at.
- A Google User Added November 19, 2019★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was treated like a THEIF for looking at a "display" dress, she kept following me throughout the store, I felt VERY uncomfortable. If it's in the shop, it should be for sale, as there are plenty more outfits that can be used for display. This is happening ALOT in these stores... they should be glad to be getting a sale as everything is donated. And prices are getting QUITE expensive for what it is, especially since it's donated.
